Products

Our sarees are handcrafted. Slight variations in colour, print and weave are natural and make each piece unique.
We try to show product colours as accurately as possible, but the actual colour may look slightly different due to screen and lighting settings.
All products are subject to availability.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). We may change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time you place your order will apply.

Payment policy

Payment is made at checkout using the secure payment options shown there.
Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
If a payment fails but money is deducted, it is usually reversed by your bank or payment provider automatically. Please contact us if it is not.

Orders

We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Shipping and refunds

Delivery is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Refunds are only available for damaged or faulty products reported within 7 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
