Refund Eligibility

• Items that are used, washed, or altered.
• Sale items (unless damaged/defective).

Refund Process

2. Share return tracking details after dispatch.
3. After item inspection, refund is approved.
4. Amount is credited to original payment source in 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

• Razorpay (INR): Refund to original account/UPI/card.
• PayPal (USD): Refund to original PayPal account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If refund is not visible after 10 business days, contact your bank/payment provider first, then contact our support team.
